Take The Hard Work Out Of Weight Loss With Hypnosis

Nobody Ever Said It Was Easy.

Anybody who is interested in my weight loss program must attend a free weight loss hypnotherapy assessment. This is because it’s important for you to understand what I can do for you as a hypnotherapist, and what I CANNOT do.

The world of weight loss is a tough one to negotiate. It seems at every turn somebody is waving some miracle product at you that promises to melt away the kilos with little or no effort form you.

But that’s ‘quick-fix’ mentality, and there really is no such thing as a quick fix where sustainable weight loss is concerned. Slow and steady wins the race – every time.

I have a confession to make; I love to read trashy fiction novels. They’re light, easy, fun and I don’t have to think while I’m reading them – which suits me just fine.

While I was immersing myself in a book the other day, something profoundly interesting occurred to me – specifically, something about the heroines of these novels. They are always beautiful. They are always intelligent, wealthy, slender and passionate. Their lovers are chiselled Adonis’s who satisfy them in every way. And most importantly: they have ravenous appetites; they can (and do) eat whatever they want and never gain a gram. AAAARGGGH!

If only real life was like that. No wonder so many people are disillusioned. Day by day we are bombarded with unrealistic images of perfect women who don’t seem to make any effort at all and yet look effortlessly beautiful all the time!

Well I’m here to tell you that it’s all a load of hogwash. Most slim people do work at it. And they work hard. If they gain a few kilos they do what they have to do to lose weight. I’m talking exercise. I’m talking healthy meals. I’m talking the real stuff.

Don’t buy into the cheesy self-satisfied smiles of these A-list actresses and models who say ‘I’m just really lucky; I was blessed with good genes and I can eat whatever I want!’ If you scratch below the surface, you will discover that many of those people have later on admitted to suffering an eating disorder.

The point I’m trying to make here is that we don’t live in a perfect world. It can be hard – but it is definitely doable and it can also be made easier with weight loss hypnotherapy.

Want the real truth? Very few people over the age of 25 can eat whatever they want without putting on weight. So what does that mean for you? Keep at it. Call me if you get stuck.

At the end of the day it’s about committing to a healthy lifestyle. So who says those no-brainer novels are no good for anything? Here’s to the no-brainer blog.

Start thinking like a slim person and you will become slim.
